What can the salon do for my hair?

So I got a relaxer on my hair that was about $300. I wanted to style my hair for my birthday (dye it). I asked the salon if 2 weeks was a long enough time after my relaxer and they of course said yes. The top of my hair was dyed this ugly looking mahogany color and my bottom layer was bleached. I cried because my bottom layer looked disgusting and when I would brush the blonde my hair would come out. So the next day I went back to the salon to get the blonde covered up. My hair is so fragile underneath and I'm desparate to fix it. I want to dye my hair back to my normal color and repair it. What salon treatments are out there to fix severely damaged hair and about how much are they? I'm desparate :(
