Been badly hurt for over a year, now I'm scared of being in a relationship with this new, caring sweet guy?

I think you should give it time. That is truely the best. But realize things that may be right in front of your eyes. This guy that you cried in front of and told everything, is honestly seems like the sweetest guy ever!:) and I really hope you realize that he is (you prollly already have.) But he is there for you cares about you and unlike the guy you are getting over right now he actually doesnt ignore you and he is like a better version of the guy u still have feelings for. I think you just need to realize that the guy you have liked for 2 years isnt worth it any more. Think about it wouldnt you rather be with someone who liked you for you and you dont have to try and you can only be excepted by that person thats like every girls dream!:) Just move on cuz life goes on and you have waisted so much time liking someone who doesnt like you back. You could be living life right now and being with people who wanna be with you and make YOU happy. Yeah the guy you have liked for 2 years youre prolly thinking hes not a waste of time which is true to you right now cuz u feel something for him...but realize you can do better. Just take your mind off that guy of 2 years that youve liked and realize whats right in front of you ! a guy who is calling you beautiful and you dont even have to hardly try! he even comforted you when you were crying ! and not a lot of guys can do that believ it or not!:) Just good luck and move on dear and wait a little bit and tell the other guy that helped you that you have feelings for him just tell him you need time and everything will be all good ! :) hope this helped !
