The things that Sage101 have contributed is quite useful, look for a Councillor but they may just give you useless advice. Even if your Uncle is cremated you may still treat his urn as a representation of him. Be sad if you want, but don't let it take over your life. Cry and let it out, but not in a way that will damage yourself or property.
