A feneral home has not yet cremated my dad, it has been 2 weeks !!!?

He died in the hospital from a heartache. When we called the funeral home and asked about his remains we found out the funeral home hasn't even picked up the paper work from the hospital for the judge to sign. So, it has been 2 weeks and he has not been creamated. The funeral was paid for in full. Please any help here...
