Help finding video on youtube.com when you don't know the name of it?

there is this video i saw a while ago and i really liked it. but the video got deleted off my ipod and i forgot the name of the video but i know what its about. and i need help finding it. Its like a documentary video. Its a bout this poor couple and the girl is pregnant and shes saying how there in love and he would never leave her, and than there in a bathroom doing heroin and she gets really ****** up. and so she goes into labor and they take her to the hospital and and her boyfriends waiting her and the baby are dead and they get cremated( sorry i dont know how to spell it) and than hes jsut heart broken and that was the end of it. if any of you can help me find it that would be amazing. thank you.
