You will need to resurface the disk. It's not hard, and many shoe repair guys will do it for about $5. However, I recommend giving it to JB HiFi for $10 and they'll repair all the scratches. If you bought it from them in the first place they may offer a refund of about $20, that's what they did to me, because it takes about a week to resurface the disk.
