One of my bearded dragons nails came out... Help?

One of my bearded dragons was ripped (I'm assuming) out earlier, how do I keep it from getting infected? I cleaned up all waste from the dragons and bathed her in lukewarm water with soap to clean it out- please note that my dragons were not territorial fighting with each other (I've been around them all day, I would have heard or seen something), and neither of them are old enough to mate.
