What will happen if i don't meet the minimum specifications of DDO and i download it anyway?

I really want to play Dungeons and Dragons Online but unfortunately i don't meet the minimum specifications. What will happen if i download Dungeons and Dragons Online anyways? I just don't want my computer crashing and my parents having to pay to fix it again which they told me they will not fix it if it crashes again. Please help me!
