Why Chinese Comunist Party people have such fragile ego that they imprison and torture anyone criticizing them?

This is not from having a fragile ego. To stay in power they can not let people complain. If you let one person begin to talk about how they do wrong the next thing you have is two or three. Then it keeps growing and more people listen and understand how the CCP has not been doing what was best for them. Then somebody starts talking of making a change in how the CCP operate and how they get elected. Now before you know it the people have gathered in such numbers they want change and with change these CCP members find themselves out of the power click and with no money. So if you want to stay in power you can not let people complain in public about your job. One person turns into two, two people turn into twenty, and so forth.
