How does one help an unevolved scorpio EVOLVE?

You have to make him feel secure and confident, help him trust you ( your good intentions will be enough ), he's gonna be happier and he's going to feel safer, let him know that u wont judge him, defend him too, that'll make his self-confidence better and he will stop being on the defensive, he will improve in everything, he'll see the world as a happy place, he wont need to be vengeful because he'll be happy and confident, he'll see that as pathetic, but that needs time and patience to structure and also a very strong base , because at the start it will be hard for deceptions to not take the best of him. Scorpios see the world in a very deep way, and they also view people by motives and intentions, not by what others see, thats what makes us so pessimistic at times, as they say excess of knowledge leads to excess of insanity, ok thats what I say because I know more than I can handle sometimes, plus im overly suspicious and usually right about it too :P but love makes trust easier, and you wanting to improve him is just very appreciable, he'll know that, and I bet he'll appreciate it, just dont do it as if you're trying to help him too much, just show compassion, encourage him, bring out his good qualities that he probable doesnt know he has.
